How Your Download Works
Buying a digital product from a shop you haven't used before can feel like a leap of faith. Here's exactly what happens, step by step, so there are no surprises.
1. You checkout
Payment is processed by Shopify Payments. We never see your card details. Prices are in GBP with taxes included, so the amount you see is the amount you pay.
2. Your download appears immediately
The moment payment clears, a download button appears on your order confirmation page. You don't need to wait for anything — you can start reading right there.
3. An email arrives with the same link
Within a minute or two you'll also receive an email at the address you used at checkout, containing your download link. Keep this email; it's your permanent access.
4. You open the PDF
The file is a standard PDF. It opens on any phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop — no app to install, no account to create, no subscription. Save it to your device, your cloud drive, or print it. It's yours.
If something goes wrong
No email? Check spam and promotions folders first. If it's genuinely not there after 15 minutes, email us with your order number and we'll send it manually.
Link expired or broken? Email us and we'll reissue it, no questions asked.
File won't open? Tell us what device you're on and we'll help. If we can't get it working for you, you get a full refund.
Changed your mind? Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies whether or not you've downloaded the file.
